The OnePlus 5T waiting pool

I ordered the OnePlus 5T on 7 december with priority.
Estimated dispatch was 11 december en delivery 13 december, but still nothing....

I "ordered" on the Dec 9 and estimated dispatch is 11th with delivery the 13th too. I say "ordered" because this is a replacement RMA. Still no update that it has shipped.

I paid for Priority on 10th, says to be dispatched today (12th) but still says 'Order Paid'. Anyone else?

Priority for 12/15 delivery - let's hope because I leave the country 12/20 & don't have a phone right now - fatality of the Nexus 5x Bootloop of Death - Pixel 2 couldn't be guaranteed to get here in time, so I got this - I think I'll be happy with it.

Mine shipped from CA and although I am 6 hours away from CA the package still went to the Tennessee HUB and then to my state. I suppose I can't complain since that process took 1 day before it was delivered to me. (Delivered via FedEX 128/8GB Model.)

I think something is massively wrong here I live in the UK and my order was shipped on the 3rd from Poland

Came to the UK last night and this morning I see it's now in Brussels but was meant to be delivered today anyone else had this problem ?

Thanks everyone for contributions in this thread! I've got in touch with OP support and provided them few posts from this thread where people from US ordered theirs phone later than me, but expecting them earlier. After the chat with the support, status of my order changed within a few hours and now I'm expecting it a week earlier!

Before: paid 12/3, dispatch 12/18, delivery 12/26.

After: paid 12/3, dispatch 12/13, delivery 12/20.

6/64, standard shipping.

Got a tracking number on 12/12. Package is already with USPS in California. Folks, if you have problems with shipping of your orders, definitely talk to support.

Got a tracking number on 12/12. Package is already with USPS in California. Folks, if you have problems with shipping of your orders, definitely talk to support.

USPS says expected delivery 12/18 - 2 days earlier than OP site predicted and 8 days earlier than OP originally estimated before I had a chat with the support. Fingers crossed.

im in canada. and i had a similar issue it was shipping from Los Angeles, came to canada and back to LA and thn they ship it through different location (LA - NY - to me). so it could be location issue sometimes. not sure about uk.

right now my status still shows that it's with the customs. but actually its in my hand right now

Just got mine. Delivered in 3 days by USPS - good job! And 11 days earlier than the original estimate. Just talk to the customer service of OP

They're using priority shipping which is 1-3 days depending on how far you are from Cali

I feel fortunate. Ordered my 6GB/64GB on 12/13 with express delivery and it arrived on 12/16. Was originally supposed to arrive on 12/18 but I guess FedEx wanted to get ahead of the Christmas rush?
