Fortunately the courts in other countries (and the EU) seem to have a better understanding of what "Prior art" and "Trivial" mean, so those might be the only countries to avoid Apple litigation.
Negri has them on pre order for a slight markup and will ship worldwide I am sure a few other places will as well. I used a proxy, and my family is all in the states and their address is the "billing address" associated with my card.

FWIW B&H charges the credit-card when the order is placed (rather than after it gets shipped).
If you click on the question mark next to pre-order message, it says they only do an authorization charge and then charge your credit card at time of shipment.
I have amazon prime, so that $13 was a bit disheartening. :crying:
