the right kernel for multitasking.

can anyone suggest me a good kernel for multitasking? and can someone briefly explain what zRam does and if it is better or worse than swap?

zRam is the module of kernel, in which increases performance by using compressed block-device in RAM. zRAM allows the device to make more use of ram, when swapping is required.

For the kernel, try Bricked Kernel.

both, its just a kernel module, as long as kernel support zram, u can enable it in rom.
