Early Christmas!!

Some anonymous friend from the other side of the planet just sent me
a link to the Anyway Software, Drivers and Manuals for:

• Anyway D100 (8 port factory jig)
• Anyway S100 (1 port factory jig)

The documentation confirms more or less all that has been said before
about settings and functions, including the 2 jig resistor values of:
523K and 255K for booting phone into Factory Mode (using UART or USB)
while being turned-OFF and thus enabling UART, logs and download/jig modes...

But the best thing of it all, is that it confirms that the MyWay jig I have
designed, contain all the functionality (and much more) that is needed for
modern Samsung phones. I will soon publish the BoM and the MyWay design
as promised before.

Anyway...it's out of fashion!

Is there a 0-volt baseline there?
It is just the way the chip detects if some device is connected, because for:
OTG (USB Host-mode), R=0, whereas for USB slave-mode, R=oo.

Is it Galaxy series phone?
As EVA said, it's just probably probing ID pin by usb muxer IC.
Also would be great if you'd attach info about your reference ground, V/div and s/div you used, and marking place where is 0 there.

I will reset the base lines to 0 and redo the probe, its not been calibrated in 30 years or so, i use it only for visual quick look.
The phone is a galaxy note shv-e160l.
Voltages seen are the same as uart voltages but i will do a better setup for you.
I have a logic sniffer which is more acurate, it should be able to pull exact timings of it, this signal also gets turned off at differing times depending on anyway mode selected, uart it goes off right away, download mode factory it takes a few seconds

I tried to make the Car Kit for my Note II using "ID_CON Accessory Detection Table", but was only able to achieve the "Desk Dock" mode with 365k resistor. Do somebody have any information about Note II?

upd. 619k works - the problem was in a custom firmware

I managed to buy Anyway Jig S102 with the cables but its not easy as you think and it doesn't make anything thing with galaxy S3 .
