I'm new to sprint forum subs. Do any of you know of a kernel guy in sprint forums with g3?

I think @Tectas might be able to help you with the kernel side of things.

For those of you whom come to this thread: Please make a conscious effort to be a good forum friend. How, you ask? Well when/if you find others posting in the "bump" thread, regarding subject matter that has nothing to do w/ the b/l unlock, kindly offer a link to this thread. PLEASE do not be abrasive :good:

As a member of XDA, I have certain threads marked as "subcribed".. however it becomes monotonous when I go to said thread only to find conversation having nothing to do with the OP subject.

makes me feel

I'll make us a stockfish ROM when I get off vacation. Dam BUMP hit while I was gone. :) Letting the tequila fly while I'm in mexico. I'll also have some info for WiFi calling/texts when I get back.
I'm working on it too buddy. I repo'd and synced android 4.4.2_r2 source as well as downloaded both the zv4 and zv4 kernel source. Build environment is set but haven't built yet. The zv4 source is nice enough to give directions in a txt file though, lol.

All this chatter about Roms, has the info on how to bump the Roms been released yet?
No but right now, for stock we shouldn't need to. That has been my understanding from talking to autoprime but I could be wrong. As long as the kernel is stock it doesn't need bumped. Pure AOSP/CM/AOKP/PA etc WILL need Bumped and that info is coming.

Please remember to make a backup!

AblaZe ROM Test build 1

http://goo.gl/e4JIHz

This will not overwrite your current boot.img (not until Team Codefire starts taking bump requests)

Changelog:

-Based off latest LG Android 4.4.2 ZV4 OS.
-Odexed by default. (Might make a deodexed version when I understand deodexing in Kitkat a little more.)
-All apks Zipaligned.
-OPtimized PNG's in all apks.
-Rooted and busybox installed.
-Made a BUNCH of apps uninstallable by default.
-External SD Card read/write permissions. Apps like TB can backup to your SD card without errors now.
-Enabled USB Debugging by default.
-Xposed installer pre-installed.
-init.d support built in.
-ADB Debugging notification hidden.

I would love to get rid of the "Battery is full" and "High headphone volume" notifications. Forced fast charge mode would also be nice, but I understand that it will need a special kernel.
