It will be easier to help you if you provide more information. What were you doing with the device when it crashed? Are you seeing any messages on the screen? What is the device doing?

the message "The system have been destroyed" just appeared and I can't turn it on or do anything. you get a screen in this message and if you try to do fastboot, you get a screen too.

Does it say fastboot? If so, you can reflash MIUI

won't let it boot from that screen... it gets stuck in fastboot

Use xiaomi flash and download miui rom for venus and flash that rom in fastboot. If fastboot works, then its ok, you probably will lose ypur data tho
