My U11 is sold, my One A9 is back in the saddle until my U11+ arrives.
I pre-ordered early on the 27th of November (7a.m.), although hTC Club took it into account on the 26th...

I can't wait for the shipment email...

Ordered mine mere minutes after pre-order opened. U11 will be sold on Wednesday. Have a temporary Note 8 to use whilst I wait for the U11+ to arrive.

Early after announcing they said early December, HTC UK replied to me the other day saying they are hoping before X mas.also read elsewhere they said last week they would have a date next week via Twitter.

Pre ordered mine few minutes after they went live,sold HTC 10 currently using HTC m7 and hating it !

From hTC 10 to U11+, it's a big jump, screen size wise ?

The m7 was an excellent phone in its time...?

Hi dear customer!
Unfortunately, we do not have exact date of shipping. As per information from main office - orders will begin shipping from HTC in December.

I ordered on the 20th (UK) also. I spoke with customer services today who claim they have begun shipping the device to those that ordered early. Will be on a first come first served basis. But given that I don't see how those of us that ordered on the first day of pre order have not received shipping notifications... looks like they have a stock problem to me. Confusingly she also said I could be receiving mine in the next 2 weeks.

So to clarify; they have started shipping units to early orders. I ordered on the 1st day possible but mine might not be shipped for another 2 weeks. What a **** show. I don't think they have shipped any yet and simply don't have the stock.

I just don't believe they have started shipping yet. It's people like us on XDA / reddit that would have ordered on the 20th, if they had started shipping someone would have posted by now that they had the notification.

What is even stranger is that there are people already sell them on eBay and WondaMobile for relatively low prices and with all the colors available.

You can find them as cheap as €675 for translucent and silver color and delivery in 2-3 days.

Agree, orders went live at 8pm on 20th, I ordered about 8.05 with the confirmation coming through at 8.16 (some people have had hours/days delays for the confirmation) so I would thought I would be one of the very first people to order and I've heard nothing.

The ones online are all from China/Hong Kong where they are freely available. Although they are exactly the same devices

I ordered mine 20/11. The invoice link (on HTC order status page) that I was not able to access previously now gives me my invoice. I remember some folks in another post had the same problem where the invoices were not available. Give it a check, maybe it changed. xD

You are right!!! It also works for me as well! I believe that it is a positive sign that they will ship them soon!!!

I hate to put a downer on things but I ordered on the 20th also and have been able to access my invoice since I received the order confirmation (with an hour). Not sure it means much. So frustrating seeing as as the imports are available, in more colour options too.

update: thought I would check my invoice out in case something has changed and now I can't access it. Strange as I checked it a couple of hours ago...

I cannot access it now either. It could be that HTC website was just so buggy and unstable...

Me too order at 20th of November by 10:38am but still not get any kind shipping confirmation email.
Hope until Friday being dispatched.
