Very risky, let alone immoral. I may be blasted for this, but IMO anybody who keeps a phone with the full knowledge that he/she didn't pay for it is stealing. I had something similar happen to me with a DSLR I bought from Costco. They sent me two but only charged me for one. I was really stretched financially to buy this camera, so it was tempting to keep and sell the second one, but in the end, I thought I'd feel better about myself if I kept my character in tact; I took the second camera back to the closest Costco.Exactly! That is part of my reason why I feel it's very risky for one to take action as if they(T-Mobile) "forgot"!
