You can't because that's what it's using to display the tiles in the selector.
What about the images in the Panel folder I thought those were used for the images:confused:. Because for some reason my custom image of the MS panel keeps getting overwrited(sometimes, but it's annoying having to keep replacing the image files) by the one in Panel Manager.

Hi all, i dont know if youve the same problem than me, but after installed the X2 drivers, i note that when im using the panel manager of X2 the second window(the one that allow you to add which panel you want as favourite) goes really slowwww... so i just unistalled these drivers and everything goes ok as before. Please if any one can give me any solution i would be very gratefully. Thanks.

Hi

I cant install the Tilewave Panel On My SE X1 WM 6.1

I have the X2 PanelManager

And The CommManager

When I Install It...It dosent show up anywhere not even on the X2 PanelManager

What should I Do

Please Answer

Thanks
Check where TilePanel is installed (<your program files folder>/Panels and you should see it)
Go to the registry (use a registry editor like PHM), and in the HKLM/Software/SonyEricsson/PanelManager/Panels/TileWave Panel check if the keys are pointing to that folder.
If you have a non english rom, the folder should not be "Program Files" but another one in your language (Programme, Programas, etc...)

The TileWave panel could be much more than it is.
As I don't have the SlideView application, I do miss SMS/Email reading from the panel, and an application launcher tile (I'm using wm6.1).
When there is a missed call or a new email, the tile could raise a bit and the base could turn from blue to red... This would be more visible.

Patched Keypad.dll

Main idea - launch PanelManager (with nice effects) on X-Button.
Usage -
1) install PMLauncher and X-KeyHandler from second post
2) unzip keypad.dll to \Windows\ folder (using Resco Explorer and similar file managers, default File Explorer won't help)
3) apply *.reg file.
4) Soft-reset. Enjoy;)

Be careful while using it.

i have made a cab so its easier for people to install.

1. install PMLauncher and X-KeyHandler from second post.
2. install patched keypad dll .cab below.
3. soft reset.

ps. works great on wm6.1 official SE r3 rom (uk)

Hi!

I download it and installed. Can anybody say, that the performance will improved.

Shimpuu

Edit: So, after 5 Minutes intalled: 1 Freeze and decreas of FPS in a Open GL Test Prog (15 FPS/Graphic Issues with and 40 FPS without new Driver)
hope this helps you
it was good for about a day or so but it reduced the populated x1 performance drasticly in my last try with clean r3a10 (original uk rom) its working perfect for 2-3 days and there is no issue's with other panels and programs as well also it makes the tilewave panel work so smooth
sorry for my bad english ;)
