Noticed that after installing task manager, the messaging bug in the tilewave disappear
After installing X2 dialer, the Tilewave panel animation works normally.

Maybe im just an idiot but how can i make the X2 Keyboard to show qwertz instead of qwerty? It says:

2. You can customize hardware and keyboard (QWERTY, QWERTZ and AZERTY).
Just go to \Windows\Programs\Sony Ericsson\Keyboard\
and explore these files for software keyboard:
XT9_VGA.Keypad.Your_Language.Portrait.xml
XT9_VGA.Keypad.Your_Language.Landscape.xml
and these file for hardware keyboard:
SonyEricsson_Xperia.Keyboard.Azerty/Qwerty/Qwertz.Your_Language.kmap.txt

I just dont get it. What do i have to do?

ive been using the x2 panel manager on my touch pro2/rhodium and a lot of the panels are working great. however, when i try to load the growing panel and city night i get an error saying can't create player. does anyone know how to fix this? i know these panels can be made to load on the tp2, but can't figure it out.

Question regarding the X2 video driver: What are the changes that are supposed to happen when you install it, Like does affect video play back, improve graphics etc........ .Question is pretty much for the people who tried/ currently using it now, Thx in advance.

For me using the program Trapster, which uses Google Maps, when I would be traveling the speed limit at 55 mph, it wouldn't display the map and would try and load the gray areas. But since installing the X2 Video Driver I haven't experienced it not being able to load and process Google Maps at even a much higher rate of speed.

Navigation Panel settings

I'm trying to x2 my x1 with gtrabs barebone R5.08 ROM

-Panelmanager works
-X2 dialer works
-Tilewave Panel works

but:
-Nothing happend when I installed the new Comm Mananger, so I uninstalled it.
-The new panels don't appear on the first tab of the panel manager, so I can't change the navigation panel settings to use tomtom. How can I fix this? All the panels I've installed are in the panels map (MS_Today, Navigation, TilewavePanel and Xperiaradio) in program files.

The new panels do appear on the second tab, but if I click activate then it tells me to select a valid navigator from the configuration screen....

Or you guys are waiting for official x2 rom, and then you are going to try?

Anyhow, you must been looking at it's code/registry, maybe you can tell us the chances of getting it?

Did you try installing Sony ActiveX deployment first ??

Half hour time zones on Tilewave panel

The half hour timezones do not seem to work on the X1 Tilewave panel.

Like if I want a city (Delhi, India) which is GMT + 5:30... it would take it as GMT + 5:00 and display the time half hour less than the actual time.

When I changed the city to Dhaka (GMT + 6:00) it shows the correct time according to the time zone. Yangon (GMT +6:30) also show the time half hr less i.e. same time as Dhaka.

In short, tilewave panel discards the minute part of the timezones.. +6:30 as +6 nd +5:30 as +5

Can you confirm whether this happens on X2 as well or is it a bug in porting?

Does anybody know why my tilewave panel does not bring up the wm messaging app? When I click on the corresponding symbol it zooms in and out again without bringing messaging up. Im on wm 6.1 R3A Switzerland (Xperia X1).

This might be due to the low memory... Try closing some running programs or restart the phone.. It worked for me this way.

I could solve this myself. There where still some registry entries I had forgotten to adapt. Found them by searching the registry.

I´ve been searching around but i can´t find where are those values to make the message button to work. Could you tell me where?

If you click on Favorite on the second page they'll get added to the first page

The new Comm Manager is "CommManager" and the old comm manager is "Comm Manager" on the start menu.

Unfortunately the right softkey on Today will still be bound to the old comm manager.

hmmm... I think it's not wannabeism to have it in x1. it just simply looks/works better. for me it's a keeper...
