That looks like icons by kalagas. I haven't been given specific permission to use them but maybe falcon was. As with any theming stuff, find the original creator and ask for permission to use them, then a theme can easily be made.

Reflash the Rom without wiping as stated before the red theme needs to be updated to work with 2.7

UPDATE: Since the flashable zips from my post are useless :laugh: since custom appdrawer and lockscreen icons are implemented as a tweak in the ROM I packed the images in a rar file for anyone who wants them.

You want do something like?
Can you post a screen?

However, with the DarkOne theme, you can have the Settings in black and not in white
