Fernando, How do I uninstall an old themed gmail and install the stock one? I tried uninstalling through Titanium and the going to the market to download the newest version but it says it cannot complete. I guess I need a full version.

The market reads my themed 2.3.5 gmail as gmail. Make sure you clear cache and try rebooting. Then get it from the market

It's the package name. I changed it to get rid of the newsstream which is unthemable

The market reads my themed 2.3.5 gmail as gmail. Make sure you clear cache and try rebooting. Then get it from the market

Ya it reads yours as 2.3.5 and doesn't update to the unthemed market version. I cannot use your 2.3.5 because of the black background you use. I cannot read some of my emails as they are sent with black text and transparent background which makes the background also black.

Guess I will have to revert to 2.3.4 till I can get this straightened out.



EDIT** I finally got the market Gmail app to install this time.... If you decide to change the background color while viewing emails to white I will reinstall then

for whatever reason i cannot get the trans market to install. i have followed the instructions and tried a dozen times now. it just says application not installed. ideas?

ive used it before, now i did just flash the newest synergy rom update for my phone and it overwrote it with the oem one, but i did the install of the trans one the same, wont install.

Also make sure your not flashing the stock market. They are close together in the op
