thanx! i flashed the black market on my moto droid and my sam.captivate using 2.2.11 stock market download-the droid installed easily on my first try,but the cappy took a while(about 4 hours) well worth it though....now i have 2 bad ass themed phones

Can anyone help me out PLEASE iv installed the cayan and black them on my HD2 and it was working good i loved it! then i messed around with my fone and had to do a recovery then the themed market was not working i keep getting forced close tried installing it again and still getting the force close! does anyone no how to do this for the hd2!

Yea i did the other problem i have is trying to flash the stock andriod market zip through my clockwork it says the market zip is for an older flash type and need the new flash type so i just restore the stock market back using system app remover then i delete the com.android vending from data/data there is nothing in data/app the Vending.apk is in system/app then i clear the cache in cwr then flash the themed market zip then reboot then hit the black market then comes to accept or deny then it goes to load then force close keeps coming back what am i doing wrong i cant believe iv had this going like 3 times and now literally all day iv tried again!!!

dont delete vending in system.app. You want to flash over that. read the instructions for when your silently updated

Hey Fernando can you or anyone tell me if i was to replace the themed vending.apk with the stock one in my nand rom zip on my pc and then done a fresh flash would that work or will it only work if i was to flash over the stock one?

Hey mate i finally got it going again! it looks so awesome thats wy i wouldnt give up! my situation was a bit different to the standard one iv got a updated theme by rapaholic999 had to put the stock vending .apk in the zip flashed it then removed the com.android vending.apk then cleard cache then flashed the black and cyan zip and all good! thanks heaps for all your help! I tried the thanks button but iv used my 5 up for the day it tells me and i havent been getting much work lately and am broke otherwise i would donate sorry! Also next time ill do a fresh flash ill try to add it prior and see what happens and let you no how i went for future reff.

Does anyone get push notifications using the black and blue Facebook in the OP (I'm not)? And I keep getting notifications to update the Facebook app. Any plans to update the black and blue to 1.5.1?

No I haven't, but then again I have yet to see a push notification on the stock one or any other for that matter. It's a Facebook problem, not the app version. And, yes we are working on a new Cyan version as we speak.

I've been trying to use dsixda's kitchen to remove system apps that I dont use. Would it be possible to just replace the stock Vending.apk with one of these new themed markets, then build the ROM?
