Its not going to stop, but if you use titanium or something similar you could try to freeze the market updater after fernando updates the latest market

and to get my updates: subscribed to thread looking forward to a themed 2.3.2

I was able to update to the new market running on CM7 RC1 from a 2.2.11 zip. To get these to work I've always done: install ROM and set it all up, boot to Recovery and flash the new market zip, reboot, then flash themed market. Works every time.

But since the market us up to 2.3.2, you'd have to freeze the market updater with TiB until Bad Seeds update the newest market.

not yet. you have to follow the directions right before your post

00.ante has made some 2.3.2 themed Markets for the i9000 Galaxy S and it works on my Galaxy S Captivate i897 so not sure what else they work on

Just curious to install the themed gmail do I uninstall my current one and just install the new one? stupid question i know, but I've never used any gmail but the one that comes on whatever ROM I'm runnning so I just want to be 100% sure.

Flash the "Bliss" theme in the CM7 Themes thread, it's amazing, everything is smoked glass and the Notification pulldown, Contacts and Dialer are all transparent

No prob, If you like that theme but aren't too fond of the round battery icon like I wasn't let me know, sonny gave me the files to mod it so it looks like the glass green battery in the preview pictures.
