For those who still haven't noticed.
This theme was no longer updated as it reached stage where there are no much things left to improve.
Many small fixes this theme needs are done in my new Note 3 Touchwiz UX 2014 - successor to this theme.

There may be people that prefer S4 look over Note 3 so I will probably relase the last TWUX2013 update soon.

Its already themed.

I dont recommend to use this theme on 4.3.
And if you mean touchwiz Launcher there are ports at forum.
