Here is a newer version of Sir M's theme that he allowed me to put together from his Note 3 theme that includes the flashlight toggle in the notification drop down bar.

Here's a pic of the new toggles in post 121 as seen thru Insane KK with the added flashlight

Just place the zip file in your mobile, reboot to recovery, flash and enjoy (No need to wipe)

BACKUP your system (NAND via recovery) or original apk before flashing, so u can use it 2 go back 2 previous state.
It is your choice and your responsibility


Pls. verify what rom and Bulid do u use and your phone model, to check compatibility
If u liked the theme just hit Thank You button, and if u did not like it (Realllly!!!) just leave in peace, do not flash and come later asking how 2 remove it

NOTE: theme does not include any mods and I do not do any mods, so do not ask 4 any mods

To get Jilly Bean version, I need apks to theme them, Pls. send me PM to support JB version, but before that test my S4 JB version first

Atm only systemui.apk and secsettings.apk have been modified.....if you want...you csn easily make a backup of those 2 apks and rename them to something like "systemui.apk.bak" is what I do.
That way if you dont like or are unsure of yourself you can always replace them wth the originals.
Or just make a nandroid prior to flashing.

So awesome love all the detail one request if you can is there anyway you could make one that leaves the Signal Bar and the Reception type that you are getting like 4g/lte 4g edge etc etc leave those white....... Just looks odd those 2 beings blue while the rest white ?? If is not 2 much of a hastle or any instructions on how to make those 2 white again like kitkat has them stock

Do u mean that some data signal icons are white not blue? which ones? it should be all blue: 2g, 3g, 4g, lte. 4g lte. can u provide a screen shot 4 that?

ya, u r right, was very busy with note3 v4, so i did a quick reading
but what about this: Just looks odd those 2 beings blue while the rest white ??
what in status bar still white? except battery (i know i did not theme it yet)

Clock, battery and other misc. notification pop ups...like messages.
Personally I like the signal icon standing out in blue...makes it noticable what my connection is all the time
I hate the plain flat white icons

Clock is text not icon, so either u need a mod or using any xposed mods
battery will be themed soon, i did for note3 and S4 JB, but in S4 KK needs over 300 icons 2 be themed, too little free time, and too little motivation here.
other misc. notification pop ups...like messages, i did not reach these tiny stuff yet, working 1st on big stuff

Nah...they go from grey to white still....I dont much care bout the battery since I hide it and use the text percent.
Not to say I wouldnt like to see a themed battery but if it doesnt happen...im ok with that
