I tried using 0% which I thought would be untouched.
I tried 100% thinking maybe I was getting it the wrong way round.
I tried changing settings in JKay Deluxe, and tried both again, still not right, lol.

My next move was gonna be to just remove the "Trans" folder from the who theme and try again, lol.
I tried removing EVERYTHING from the "trans" folder, I went thru the installer, and when it came up to the Transparency option, I didn't choose anything, I just pressed next.
It installed everything fine, yet when i restarted my phone, folder backgrounds and settings back ground were still transparent, and the status bar was still transparent in apps.

All I want is everything to be black and white, not transparent and white, lol.
I'm really not sure what's happening there. In my tests JKays Settings still worked fine. I didn't change anything there. The diffrent statusbar opacities are pngs. And I didn't changed them, so it should still work
I can't test it by myself cause I'm on 4.2, sorry... Maybe you can reflash JKay and then the theme?

I've tried everything I can think of and nothing will make it any different :-/ so I have decided I am going to have to live with a black status bar to have the theme the way I want it, lol.

Thanx for the theme and everything u have put into it :)

Seems like this will be the last time I'll use this with the rollout of 4.3. I'm looking forward for your 4.3 variant of Dream Themes @orangerot. :D Anyway just reporting in again for MJ2... still works wonders. :good:
Theme for 4.3 is already started but not fully working.. The working parts are included in my rom. Once everything is fine I'll release the theme :)

Yes, that's really good news.
Will the theme the same as for 4.1.2 or do we have to use wanam exposed also, as you wrote in your rom thread, if I remember correctly.

Icons, dialer, settings etc will be themed by me. Over all transparency is also coded by me.
Statusbar/pulldown transparency & clock position has to be set via wanam xposed. It's a waste of time to redo this stuff while it can be set individually using the app. :D

Thank you. I'm just asking because I'm not able to make the notifications transparent with wanam exposed. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Goto "theme" and find the option notification background. Set the opacity to 0 and done ;)

is there any mod to add Flashlight Toggle ? I saw from this thread example, there is a flashlight shown in the toggles... thanks lot..
I did this

Then, I think, I must be a problem of the persistent notification from tasker.

That setting should do it. But I guess you're right and it's an app problem. Some apps use their own notification style instead of the one provided by android. In apps which are doing that themes don't have an effect..

Awesome, thanx mate, what are the file names roughly? Every time I look for them I can never find all of them, which is a bit of a pain, lol.

I've tried a couple more times with the theme on my phone and still can't get it to work right with the transparency, so now all I want to do is try and theme everything white with a "home made" standalone .zip file.
