Updated my Batman Theme

Changelog:
- Complete Overhaul of all the widgets
- Inspired looks from Batman Arkham City: Armored Edition
- New design with improved layout
- More detailed look to give it 'Batman' feel

Note: You may need to re-add all the widgets since some hotspots has been changed.

Updated the Links and Batman theme has been renamed to Hi-Tech UI due to copyright issues but the UI has gone through lot of changes. It also involves Live Animations. Check the index now!

Finally got time to do work on my Watch Dogs ctOS Theme. It's now on Play Store and fully supports upto 14 custom shortcuts and other customizations. Now since I coded it myself, it doesn't require any third party theme maker to use this theme.
