Stop teasing man "Looks awesome" release the awesomeness..can't wait to put the blue one on mine.
True that, how are we suppose to apply your theme once its available being that there is no recovery to flash it?.... BTW both versions look sick, looking forward to using them!

Everything works and looks fine, just not a complete theme yet

Stock Xoom (Rooted)
*Must be rooted to overwrite system files
Installation (Root Explorer)
I am only providing root explorer instructions for now
1- Copy both apk's to roos of sdcard
2- Open root Explorer
3- Browse to /sdcard
4- Press and hold framework-res.apk until menu pops up
5- Press copy
6- Press "Back"
7- Browse to /system/framework
8- Press the R/W Box at top (to make writable)
9- Press paste
10- Give it 10-30 seconds to reboot ON ITS OWN
11- Once rebooted open root explorer
12- Browse to /sdcard
13- Press and hold SystemUI.apk until menu pops up
14- Press copy
15- Press "Back"
16- Browse to /system/app
17- Press paste (should already be R/W)
18- You will get FC
19- Manually reboot (hold power button)

Great job!!! Now if we want to revert back to stock theme how would one do that?
find the xoom dump on xda and the original apks that I stared with are there.

Damn, I am rooted and ready to roll! OH well, this awesomeness (is that word? lol) can wait until tomorrow.
Will it be ok if I go ahead and overclock my xoom and then put this theme on tomorrow? Just want to make sure I don't screw something up.

Wow, this theme keeps looking better. I really like the animation. You are really tempting me into rooting my Xoom when I get it, even though I had decided against it for a while.

It can't even get into the launcher - Launcher FC - android.process.media +process com.android.launcher. - a lot more other FC's but those are the ones that keep coming back.
Wondering if I can adb hopefully USB will work and write over the files?
I did a backup, but for some reason the backup folder was not showing on the pc. my own fault for not making a reliable backup.

Keep in mind that these apk's are ONLY changing images. i DO NOT alter apk in ANY OTHER WAY. I use my Xoom daily and using many of its abilities and it working EXACTLY the same with my theme.
You need to reboot after copying the systemUI... it will immediately FC, but if you press and hold power button it will turn off. When it comes back up should be no problem..
When testing this theme i copied these exact apk's to my xoom using this same process about 50 times... Have never had a problem. This is because i am not altering apk.. just replacing images..

I overwrote the framework.apk and it did not reboot. I shut it down and rebooted. Now it keeps FC's, I can't even get to the launcher.
Able to unlock it and type in my PIN then it is all FC's.
I'm wondering if I can fastboot - adb to the directory and then replace it to stock apk.
or even
adb and redownload both your files and replace them into the adb.
