You said you used the version from the hub.So the problem does not come from the theme and not the patch
That's the stock tweaked version.. not themed.
Using the patcher on the themed sense home 9.14
Will probably break it...

can't see the powersaver icon. I even change the color in notification color icon in venom tweaks into gray. But it does not change and still all black. how to fix this sir?

You'd have to wait for Team Venom to update. So their mods will work, if they decide to. Then fichl can update it.

Hey, I am trying to make an edit to your World Clock and I'm getting errors saying attributes are not found.... Do I need specific framework? What did you use? Thank you in advance.
You might need to use framework-res.apk from Android 7.1 as framework...
I think there was one 1 apk needing that...
