I'm having the same problem. installed leedroid2.2e no_a2sd; fully booted. then i configured the network, accounts and such, did a nandroid and rebooted twice. everything worked until i flashed BSilence Carbon Espresso v2.2a.

i've repeated the aforementioned steps for 3 or 4 times now. same thing :-(

are there any steps i should take to help you debug this?

The LeeDroid no_a2sd is odexed (kind of compressed to save space, see here) and therefore can not be themed.
On the other hand the a2sd is not odexed and can be themed easily.
You should consider to switch.

Because I'm only interested in the bottombar.

edit:
Never mind, I first flashed this theme, and then manually reflashed the zip file with the icons I personlly want, which I made in the 'kitchen', and after that I manually putted back the bootlogo files from the Leedroid rom inclusing the sound files.

So problem sloved.

i try to flash to my desire and the result is, the display HTC Carbon Expresso keep repeating during reboot for so long. is it normal or something wrong?

Does this version also work with Pays-ROM Froyo Sense v2.2 A2SD+ I know there is already espresso sense bar in it, but I also like all the other add-ons.
