I installed the BBM smileys and Black Notification Mod and now I'm stuck in a boot loop. It's moments like these you wish you had just done a nandroid lol.... Guess I'll dirty flash the ROM over top!

I flashed the blue one and doesn't change. My rom is crash rom v9 android 4.3
i am not quite familiar with Crash ROM. but if you are using the xposed framework with the smiley replacer, the smiley replacer will override this theme
updated the OP added the CM10/AOSP/AOKP mms.apk to those who are interested.

Will flashing this replace the SYSTEM-WIDE emoticons on Android 4.3?
With android 4.3 Samsung inroduced colored system-wide emoji that show up on notifications, and in apps such as facebook and instagram. Will flashing these replace the whole system-wide emoji, or just SMS?
