Yea it's definitely a weird issue. Even after disabling the apps in Adhell, the theme eventually went back to stock Samsung :/

Are you using the stock launcher by chance? I started getting reverts even with both theme apps disabled. Since moving to Nova a couple days ago I haven't had a revert yet.

(We all know that recently, Samsung firmware update removes the black color option for navnar to prevent burn-ins, this update brings it back.
Navbar color black on almost all apps regardless of what color you choose)

CHANGLOG BLACKv3:
-light navbar color fix (pure black now)
-camera settings blackout
-messaging bubbles fixed
-black navbar color for 3rd party keyboards (please re-confirm)
-removed underline on quick settings icon
-perks for some S8 ported roms for S7 (themed more power menu icons)

That issue is also from the "notigication_title_color" from framework, themes cannot do anything for it, you need be rooted and do the frmawork fix method.
For telegram I'm sorry I don't wanna get stressed and feel pressured doing these things, plus the amount of flood, request or issues that's already been ask a thousand to the moon times. XDA forums is enough for me, please understand that I don't want to rush things..

While the update does successfully theme the navbar including the third party apps and keyboards, it seems not to survive a reboot.

I tested by completely uninstalling v3, flashed stock framework-res.apk (to eliminate conflict), reinstalled v3 (rooted method [cut/paste json and delete preferences]), reboot, applied v3.

Everything themed perfectly, including navbar in all situations (except notification background). Reboot to clear cache and fix notification background (which is normal) but lost navbar theming in third party apps/ keyboard.

You should be able to reproduce, I think.

Set the nav bar color manually you will find color black in this v3 theme and all 3rd party apps are black.
