This is a VrTheme Zip that I put together to remove Google grey/gradient...it also includes a few pieces of Candy.

Included

- Blked Out framework and SysUI [Jus Imgs.. It is NOT replacing Apks]
- Blked Out DeskClock.apk
- Blk Chrome Scrubbers
- Candy Settings Toggles

I suggest DL Team Black Out Apps for full Blk Out experience.

IN THE CASE U DONT LIKE IT

PLEASE HAVE/MAKE A BACK UP ... SO U CAN UNDO THEME. . YOU CAN ALSO DIRTY FLASH ROM TO UNDO THEME IF U HAVE THAT OPTION.

I also want to post a HangOuts.apk that goes perfect with theme.
Didn't want to include it. In case there were to many updates. So I'll post it here. This is not my work. Themer would rather not be mentioned. But all thanks to him for letting me share this.

For SoftKeys in pics or any custom key go to the Candy Shop of ur device and install any soft key set over theme that u like.

Enjoi... I will cont to try and add to the theme but will never over theme mod Cuz then the user loses control of look. Keep it Siimple..! Lol

Anything is possible....lol this is Def a work in progress...and very tedious. But I'll look into trans status bar next....hopefully a custom rom drops soon with this stuff baked in...

Thanks for doing this - it fixed my problem.

I used Zip Themer the other day and then used the APM mod.
The APM mod reset the lockscreen to the original icon.

So I reflashed my zip theme and it broke the APM mod... (nexus would reboot when I hit the power button.)


I did have to re-create my lockscreen with zip themer before it worked. (the old version just broke APM again)

Yup makes 100% sense....here's the fix

Apply Dark candy mod then make a new zip themer update zip after this mod is applied boot into recovery and flash new update ZT zip and will be all good. So basically start clean ...

Flash Dark Candy mod then build up from there with fresh Zip themer zip MADE after mod was installed....IF U FLASH A OLD UPDATE ZIP IT WILL NOT WORK RIGHT. MAKE A NEW ONE AFTER U FLASH THIS MOD....Hope that helps.

No worries ...lol the trick is to make the ZIP THEMER zips after u HAVE installed Dark Candy. ..
So flash DARK CANDY

Then use ZIP THEMER TO make a whole new update zip for Lockring and Softkeys and it will work fine...AS U CAN SEE FROM PICS U CAN HAVE ALL THREE IF INSTALLED CORRECTLY
Hope that helps let me know if u HAVE ant probs...100000% works tested at least 6 times deodexed and odexed...


Edit...another way of explaining is use the Dark candy zip as a starting mod point and mod from there.
If u use old update zips from Zip themer that were made b4 dark mod wad flashed it will break DARK mod and
Vice versa....
