Steps:
Flash it from any custom recovery

Bugs:
yellow underline at the tabs
white under background when you enter a contact
BUT! for all those bugs dont blame me blame samsung
why? because if i change the color in overlay style it wont even work because these colors are in the layout and the layout needs a lot of files like drawable and dimens and bla bla bla sources.

flash the removal file then flash the wanted theme

Update : In contacts, the contacts cell numbers are not visible but if you hit the dial button it goes through. In call logs all details are displayed.

Maybe I missed something.

I downloaded the dark blue dialer for my s4 active and it works fine but if I go to to phone and in the keypad part I don't have the send button or any other buttons. There all buttons under where numbers are and star and pound key. Did I do something wrong, thanks

I'm not a 100% sure these will work or even look properly on a s4 but wait until @RubbaBand gets back on that lol

I Uninstalled the 3 dot menu overlay and the buttons came back and it works fine now.
