XML Files is just a Text File, Use EMUI Theme editor for Navigation bars it gives the best option for Emui 4 and Emui 5 Devices separately, You can edit Dpi's in XMLs but it will cause overlap or sometimes you wont see navbar and statusbar...!!!
Even at first I tried to edit via XMLs but it's not worked as I expected...!!!

*Open theme Manager , Apply the theme...!!!
