It is easy man ,,on first download page, unmark the tick on download with addon then proceed to download,... On next page click on download, if you are not still able to download then do inform me...

May be my office firewall was blocking. It was downloaded fine on home Wi-Fi.

Which apk? You just need to disable or untick the add on and download the hwt file.

You installed the wrong file: that apk you installed is installing some ad apps. Remove these and you're good again

Try other browsers on pc or on mobile

Copy hwt file in HWThemes in internel storage..
Go to theme app and your theme will be there..

I think this is what happened to me. But I am unable to remove these ads and apps. Help!
