Theme Engine

Does anyone know where I can download the theme engine that is used in the CyanogenMod ROMs or Paranoid? Because I like the original rom moto G, but wanted to apply themes...

Well.....you can't download it. Its hardcoded in those custom roms. You can try googling HKtheme manager and that is something you use with xposed. Read up on hktheme manager.

Well, I tried the HKtheme manager but when I install my themes, they appear not to change...
