Better safe than sorry: Make a Backup, before flashing

Flashing:
-After downloading move file to SD-Card
-Start to Recovery Menu
-Go to "Install", "external_sd" or "sdcard", choose file and then go to "Swipe to confirm Flash"
-At the end go to "Reboot System"
(-Not for all Themes: During flashing a Backup of the modified file will be saved in sdcard/vrtheme-backup folder.
This can be flashed via Recovery Menu. The Backup will be only made of the last modified APK.)

Just to add, as the OP has stated, flashing any of the Holo themes on a modified Rom may not work..

For example I'm 100% sure the Holo themes would cause a boot loop on Xnote Rom, just a heads up :good:

I wanna try it out on my n910h but maybe there are slight differences that i'm not seeing.

Statusbar MOD works flawlessly on my N910C running WanamLite ROM 1.5 (stock odexed)!

Material like THEME seems to work too.
