No, you cannot flash this on H815, and I cannot make h815 for you because I cannot test on my own device.
If you are able to make the rom yourself please have a look at /system/etc/init.qcom.post_boot.sh , hope this help.
However, there is no any real bootloop user that reports back yet so I cannot confirm if my mod work or not.

Did you mean, you tested it on h818p and it worked ? Please confirm so I will change the message on the OP, thanks.

I injected Genisys UX5.0 theme apps into H818P Marshmallow 6.0 V20e-ESA-XX.
There is no root because of the security measure (seLinux) enabled on android 6.0. Please read this. Only way to disable this feature is to unlock the bootloader.

Prerequisite:

1. Install all required LGG4 drivers http://downloads.codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G4/LGUnitedMobile_Win_Driver_Ver_3.14.1.exe

Installation Method 1: TOT
- Open LGUP flash the base KDZ with the 'Refurbish' option
- Then re-flash again using the TOT file with the 'Upgrade' option
- If you want to backup data after the bootloop, flash the TOT first to boot your device up and backup your stuff.
- If you update the new mod on the same base just only flash the TOT file, no need to re-flash the KDZ again
If your device is bootloop, enter download mode before flash it with the LGUP

Installation Method 2: IMG (Thai Guide HERE)

Step-by-step instructions for method 2:

1. Plugged in the cable to connect the phone with PC.
2. Click ALLOW on phone to connect to the PC.
3. Open LGUP and select UPGRADE
4. Browse for KDZ file
5. Change from UPGRADE to REFURBISH (this will erase ALL your data please backup first)
6. Click START and wait until it finish
7. Finish the setting up your google account on the phone
8. Connect usb to the PC again
9. Copy system.img file into your phone's INTERNAL STORAGE (4.xx GB) using windows explorer and close windows explorer
10. (Keep the cable connected) Open LGUP and select UPGRADE and click START (Don't choose REFURBISH, it will erase all your data)
11. Wait until the phone reboot into download mode and the GREEN COMX appears on the phone screen (Meanwhile LGUP should be at 9%) then PULL the cable immediately (if you are late it will start to re-flash your phone. In this case, just let it finish and start again don't pull the cable or your may hard brick you phone).
12. Close LGUP
13. Re-plug in the cable
14. Start Send_Command.exe \\.\COMX where X is appeared on the phone (Same method as rooting the phone)
15. The # will appear on your command prompt
16. Type command #PRINT (IT WILL NOT RESPONSE HERE, DONT BE PANIC!)
17. Stop the program by Cltr+C
18. Start Send_Command.exe \\.\COMX again
19. When # appears ,type command #id (if it is successful you should see text starting with "uid=(0)root gid=(0)root" )
20. Copy and paste this text into the command # dd if=/data/media/0/system.img bs=8192 seek=55296 count=529920 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0 (experimental version change system.img -> system1.img )
21. Press enter and it will work for few minutes then the command # will appear again
22. Type command #LEAVE to exit the program
23. Unplug the cable and pull out the battery from the phone then restart it
24. Your are done!

Note: updating the new version of system.img, if the based-KDZ is identical, just skip to step 9.

Post install mod:
You can further your battery performance by disabling Fast dormancy and Carrier Aggregation. Please see guide on post #87

I see your need. and I know the dev from h815 will help to support you soon. I am so busy right now to clear my work before my long vocation, so please be patient.

However, please note that I still have no one who exactly use h818p confirm back. Some people at my local community, LG G4 Thailand club have tried, but there is no confirm working for the died device yet.
