I have to tell you that my goal was archived, just the rom that is stock without the battery drain.

The later update is for learning android only. So I would support if I could but no guarantee.

You can try to flash kdz v20h (Upgrade) and TOT (Upgrade), sorry I cannot remember that KDZ link I downloaded. It should be in this thread.

yes I have bootloop. But I first want to save my data in phone. If I flash kdz my data will wipe out.

What suggestions?

I think all drivers and dll installed correctly because when I flash tot file from LOS folder, flashed successfully, when I choose tot from MOS flashing stops at 9% with error: 0x2000 secure device, but unsecure image.

What link of correct kdz file?

What version of your G4.
You flash for file in one folder only, your G4 wake up and available for backup data
MOS for Ma....
LOS for Lol...

i download agian and still error when i upgrade via LGup

May be bad download file. I downloaded and flash it ok. This rom is very good, smoothly, special Nougat launcher

I injected Genisys UX5.0 theme apps into H818P Marshmallow 6.0 V20e-ESA-XX.
There is no root because of the security measure (seLinux) enabled on android 6.0. Please read this. Only way to disable this feature is to unlock the bootloader.

it does not work... i used v8 Ilapo fix and now i'm working with only one core and thast frustrating... can you find a way to enable all four cores without root as H818P can't be rooted on marshmallow?
Any Help would be appreciated... Please i wanna go back to marshmallow. LP is driving me crazy.

You remember KDZ for take your G4 to the same version with this rom. After that, you have to flash TOT file

Thanks. I have tried 20E but I like to keep the stock look and 540dpi is too small for me. Hopefully, the developer includes the bootloop fixed on latest version.

Also, I don't understand why some one is able to flash the small bootloop fixed on stock rom and get 4core running. My lg runs only 1cores no matters how many times I tried to refurbished install stock rom both on lollipop and marshmallow. Is it because I used to loot my g4 before?

Run 1 core is very slag and useless. For longlife g4 must diable 2 big core and new main board.

This is my second mainboard. That's why I am looking for the rom that can turn off my 2 big cores.

Only the 20e version on this post works fine with 2big cores closed but as I said I really don't like how the genesis theme look and 540dpi is too small for me. I really hope the developer makes the bootloop fixed version 20h.

You must do it clearly !
1. Flash kdz file. Reboot.
2. Flash tot file. Reboot.
3. Factory reset in Setting/Backup & Reset.
If not enable 3 core. Unfortunately, your G4 not original.
I have 2 LG G4, make the same Rom but the old G4 serial 506 can enable 3 core !

Bootloop Fix Q&A

1. Read this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/development/ilapo-infinite-loop-auto-power-off-fix-t3404421

2. The phone has 2 cpus, the first one has 4 small core and the second one has dual core.
The bootloop problem occurs when the dual core cpu stop working so idea is to disable the defected core.

3. Normally the phone will boot with 4-core cpu and then the dual-core cpu will be enable later on.
The fix in 1. done its job by turning dual-core cpu off. However, with unknown reason, sometimes later the phone will work only 1/4 core and require users to install another 4-cores-fix apk (paid version from 1).

4. My work tries to do the same job by modifying the init.qcom.post_boot.sh script which will be loaded at the post-boot as it's named.
You can find it at /system/etc/ and check it out what have been changed.
However, the result vary from case to case, some positive other negative. As my device was replaced it's motherboard,
I cannot research further into this problem. Therefore, I did not update on this fix anymore.
