Could you guide us how to add Genisys UI to system.img. I tried to extract Genisys UX5 theme v2.0.zip and copy all in system folder (app, framework, priv-app, vendor) to system.img by Osfmount but it did not work. Thank in advance.

I do not recommend to copy the whole things on the base system because we will not know where the error from. Please be patient and try to modify piece by piece.

nope. changing the DPI didnt work.
Can anyone else verify this issue.

if screen is off and locked. and a call come in. you see incoming call UI but are unable to interact with it till 3~4 seconds.

@jskasia, the update 9/11 for V20d, the aosp notification icons, is it present in V20e?
I am currently on V20e, and I don't want to refurbish to V20e.

That is the point, flashing the different based results in lost of your data, and it happened to me as well. I also use the phone in my daily life . Therefore, I don't always change to development base frequently.
The reason why I have two bases is that to find the better in term of battery performance and development compatibility. As you know, I did not dev it myself, just copy the existing rom files and paste to the new environment. This will not guarantee everything will work.
Don't worry and be happy. I think the stages of both modified system are satisfy for me, no thermal issue, no drain on screen off, good performance and screen on time. The theming are still expected to be added further. I provided the guide editing rom, we would expected to see the diversity of mods soon.

I see. Very well explained mate. On what version are you as of the moment? V20e or d? I am loving V20e, like you said; no issues whatsoever. Loving the SOT and standby time. I am equally as delighted to see the diversity in mods soon. :good:

Thanks , I tried to patch this base with the genisys theme, but had no luck. It seem that the base is too different. However, there is not visual difference in this update. Just the security update of 1-9-16 (V20H from both Indonesia and AME are the same).
If you really wanted the security update, please choose v20d. instead, it is younger than v20e and comes with 1-8-16 security update, just one month older than v20h. In fact, I still keep an eye on this v20h rom and try to modify it.
Btw, just curious, how did you get the direct link from LG server ?
