What does the "not working" mean?

After flash, Launcher did not load.

I've to confirm, after flash my i9023 did not boot. It stuck in the android upgrade window and did not load the launcher, cannot figure why.

Hi, sensitivity. I found a bug, when i try to switch input keyboard to Xperia Chinese keyboard, it causes FC, but the Xperia International works fine.
The rom i use is CM 10.1 latest version.

There's a version 3.0 of the launcher available here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2368506


But it's basic, doesn't have the settings like on version 2.05. The dev will put the settings when he has the time. Also, the launcher is much faster than version 2.05.
