MULTICAM Black theme for ViperOneM8​

I present to you: MULTICAM Black theme. This is an inverted theme with camo headers and colours to match. I chose MULTICAM Black camo from the MULTICAM family which I think is the most awesome.​

Download MULTICAM Black 4.3.4
MULTICAM Black 4.3.4 is compatible with ViperOneM8 4.3.0​

Wallpaper included when selecting theme one in Settings > Personalize > Theme​

Please note: this theme offers the ability to apply tweaks colour presets when flashing the theme. These will apply shortly after boot. If you choose this option in aroma, it is highly recommended that you reset the colours tweaks before flashing by going to Tweaks > Colours Tab > Menu > Reset to default.​

I have used some stuff from the Viper red theme so credit to the original themers as well.

TWRP Themes/Splash

Comes as ui.zip and/or complete recovery.img

You can place the ui.zip in \TWRP\theme folder. If there is no theme folder you must create it.
Or you can simply use TWRP Recovery to flash the recovery.img directly and you will also have the recovery splash installed.

Last option is the easiest way, but will also upgrade your TWRP to latest 2.8.5.0

I changed all black backgrounds of blinkfeed, from dark black to #ff5d5d5d, but I cant change the black colors of somes background of Setting.

Can you show some light on where I can change the colors that I like.

Changing the black backgrounds throughout the theme isn't that easy because the black I use is #ff000000. I would go on saying u could hex edit the files and replace 000000 with 5d5d5d but that can cause issues because transparent lines (#00000000) for example would then change as well.

Anyway Basil3 posted a short guide on how to change colours rather easy. I edited it so you can just follow this. You can try it and revert back when it doesn't work out:

1. Download theme and unzip
2. Download hxd hex editor from here: http://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/
3. In the unzipped theme, navigate to additions\theme\full\system\framework\com.htc.resources.apk
4. Here you will find a resources.arsc files
5. Open one of these resources.arsc files with hxd, then press ctrl+r to bring up replace function
6. In first box, enter 00 00 00, and replace with your colour (in this case 5D 5D 5D) in the second box. Make sure you have changed datatype to hex-values.
7. Click on replace all.
8. You can do the same for all other resources.arsc files in the theme zip.
9. Rezip all files back into a zip
10. Copy to device and flash

Did you flash this on top of another theme? Dirty flash the ROM (without wipe) and then this theme and it should be good.

I'm using ViperRom v1.6.0. Love the theme but after installing it the video capture doesn't work anymore.....went back to my backup and all is fine.....is there something I didn't do right...

Do you mean recording a video with the camera app? That works fine here. Did you flash the theme on a clean ROM install? Did you flashed any other mods? Try to dirty flash the ROM (without wipe) and then the theme.

I normally would not go with a gold theme but the way that you blended in the gold was nice a little more camo throughout would be nice though
