2.8.2.0 just came out for flo today and I was bored, so I made a curtain and flashed twrp only to find out that 2.8.2.0 isn't working! And I used the version number on my curtain as well... :( They'll probably change the version number now and I flatten the text to the image. Oh well...

Thanks! But...

After using the installation method provided, nothing changed. It was only when I used TWRP Theme Manager that the theme applied. Not too sure why this was.

All themes updated

07.12.2014
All themes updated and MultiROM Play released.

Download from folder 282X. The 282X version is also compatible with TWRP version 2810.
  • Added "View Queue" page: If more than one file is queued for installation, a button will appear that lets you view the queue
  • Made y-values for keyboard placement variables (should help porting the themes)
  • Misc fixes to the keyboard templates
  • Added a delay to "remove theme" function (should prevent occasional hiccups when reloading the stock ui)
  • Improved Aroma FM usage: if screen timeout is set, the value will be temporarily saved, the timeout will be disabled (to prevent Aroma FM not closing correctly), timeout setting will be restored once Aroma FM is closed
  • fixed vertical misalignement on "Verify password" dialog when enabling encryption of backups
  • Play only: fixed Appbar color while running Aroma FM
  • Play only: fixed text highlight colors for partition lists (was generic highlight, is now page specific highlight color)

Updated my modified Dark MultiRom theme ?

Link: https://app.box.com/s/exakmq95d5xy4s0jw71f

Here is a screenshot of a Nexus 5 version to give you an idea of what this looks like.

Hmm.. I took screenshots in recovery but they didn't save @z31s1g

All credit goes to @z31s1g as I just changed some images.
I just tested on Flo and screenshots are saved with 0 kb. Weird thing is that all my older screenshots are now also displayed with 0 kb and can't be opened any more. So whatever caused this, I don't think it's related to the theme. Screenshots are still working ok on Nexus 5 for example...

Yeah that's quite strange. My old screenshots are fine but the new ones don't exist at all, not even a 0kb file.

If you are using the theme, you can switch to "install image" mode (tap on "install zip" on the appbar of the install page).
Then you can select the .img file you want to flash. The rest is self explanatory.
Is there a theme with aik for the n7? Can't seem to find it.

The ability to flash images is already part of the theme.
Ability to repack images is currently only available for 1080x1920, but will come to all resolutions with the next update.

If you want to test the feature, you can simply load the 1080 test theme on your flo. While it won't cover the full screen width, it'll work just fine.

Worked beautifully! Don't know why, but there's something unappealing about the stock twerp splash screen. ?

All themes updated

All themes updated.

Download from 283X folder for your resolution.
  • Implemented front end for mobile Android Image Kitchen for replacing the TWRP splash screen. See this post for more info
  • Changed all buttons on the dark theme to a lighter shade of grey to match the grey tone used for FABs and fonts

To use the new feature (replacing the splash screen), you must install mobile AIK first.
It comes as a flashable zip, and can be downloaded here.
Huge thanks to @osm0sis for creating the AIK and making repacking of recoveries possible in the first place.

A zip with splash screens has been added to each resolutions download folder. It's not yet the plethora I promised a few days ago, but the first set.

Happy flashing, repacking and christmasing.

OK, so turns out there where some last minute changes to the ui of TWRP that the latest version of the theme doesn't reflect yet:

  • Fix permissions page got an overhaul
  • Wipe page received an option to remove encryption from data partition
This won't be done quickly. I'll do my best to update the themes asap. In the meantime, they do work, but you won't be able to use these new features.

Please bear with me...

  • Added the Degree sign to Celsius (thanks to the unicode support that came with 2830)

Also again:
Happy flashing, repacking and christmasing.
