This is still a work in progress, but essentially complete and I'm releasing this by request!! Just a few more things to tweak mostly in the People app.

*special thanks to bnitty for testing out the gtalk.apk for me and telling me what needed tweaking... i'll update it more as there are a few things still in need of editing on that one but it's fully functioning!
I want it known that I started a black-n-red theme for ICS essentially turning everything blue into red and was done but with the exception of a few files, mostly png's... Then I saw RLF's "Red Synergy" theme and used that as a base but copied most of my files over and kept ones I liked from theirs! Not exactly a collaboration here, so I hope they approve of me using their base systemui/framework-res...
With that, on with the pictures!

2.0 includes:
- a lot of reworked png's for most included apk's
- more red font color
- new notification widget toggles
- centered date on notification pulldown
- transparent notifications on pulldown bar
- new settings/app drawer/phone, starry background (SCS inspired)
- new wifi/network signal bars
- themed stock launcher
- a bunch of smaller things that i can't remember right now lol... enjoy your scoop
