I tried to flesh a couple of themes made by me from finland Rom, on the basis of deblur cee, but at restart the defy remains in loop ...
I regret not going well then!

ok, good news for you!!
im tested too the first theme on black statusbar, that we has the white clock, and work very well on Deblur CEE rom!!

flash it on recovery!!
enjoy!

you wrote that the first black bar works on the Froyo 155.
Does it work with your S.Froyo CEE Rom ?
Cause i need in your Rom a Battery icon

3.4.3.11 uk blur black bar wipe dalwin cache and install zip from sdcard enjoi!!!!
