I had hesitated before this will be running on my device while utilizing s6 rom, after little test i confirmed Batman injustice theme work smoothly on S6/N5 roms without any problem. (This only for touchwiz based rom with theme support {s6/n5/s7 port rom} !!!)

So Follow this Instruction :

1. Download batman theme from this
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24572330218881935

2. Install theme as normal apk

3. Wait minute until a pop-up theme has been installed

4. After install Dont use theme

5. Open root explorer app etc
Go to --> data/overlays
for some users this folder doest not exist/not appear, you need download any theme and apply the theme from theme store, to activate this folder

6. Open folder jsonfiles

7. Open folder trialjson and move file (com.samsung.Batmantheme.json) to folder userjson

8. Reboot and enjoy :eek:

For N5/S6/S7 icon style go to this :

Ok. Try this step
1. Uninstal theme
2. Open root explorer (recomended)
Go to data create overlays folder
Permission rwxr--r-x
3. Reboot
4. Install theme
5. After install theme check in overlays folder if you look folder
Followed your steps precisely, but there's nothing in the overlays folder after installation of Theme.

I hope, its not because Im using Imperium LL Rom 13.1 (lollipop)

Lol. Oh man. This for touchwiz rom not aosp/cm based
Well, Imperium LL Rom is Touchwiz based Rom, not AOSP or CM based.

I copied your provided overlays folder to /data folder, and installed the theme fine, but it doesn't appear in Theme section.

Oh yeah me too like this (theme doesn't appeae in theme section)
1. Open data/overlays/jsonfiles/userjson
Delete this --> com.samsung.Batmantheme.json
2. Try open lucky patcher/titanium backup
For look apk's from theme installed or not
If installed (example like com.batman.blabla) uninstall it all via lucky/titanium
2. If not installed
Reboot your device reinstall the theme
Wait minute until a pop-up installed completed
(i recomended you do not use your device when an installation wait minute)
