This helps and he can also just simply restart after apply to get full overlays of the theme.

my phone is root and unlocked too , and also i copy folder hw_init to /data but still when i apply any theme my screen is refreshed but not applying any sign of theme , plz help me

Sorry It was long time ago and I've done many manipulations until now can't remember but I think I flashed it with data in the end or something like that
