Hello!

Thank you for your great work. Was just wondering if the "carplay" navbar could be done horizontally too? Would be great if the statusbar info could be moved to the navbar to open up all the usable screen estate to navigation. The search bar often cuts little, yet enough, screen estate for my taste. removing the statusbar would solve this.

(Got to ask this one too, sorry in advance; Coloured separator? Maybe? Perhaps?)

Hide nav bar doesn't work, also 1 button nav bar doesn't work. But 50% size for nav bar worked in me.. So I think is best alternative..

I don't remember exactly as I'm not in the car (i use a dedicated phone which is always in car) but if you search in substratum all the choices for navigation bar, it writes 50% (of course you can use others also, eg 70%).

Sorry but after 6.4 update which is forced by Google play services nav bar and one button mode which are very usable,not working anymore.

Yes, me too.
Can someone confirm, keyboard (tried maps, carstream and maybe others ) doesn't show up, when enable "force vertica nav bar" ?

I didn't done anything special. But am not 100% sure now that navbar is actually smaller or only the icon in it.. I must disable the patch to compare..
But I believe it is smaller.

ExtrasforAA was working until AA 6.7 for me but the latest update to 6.8 just broke it. Error code shows up as not accepting non-integer (0) values for some dimensions (status bar 0x mod, navbar repositioning to RHS)

anyone found a fix for this (apart from downgrading to 6.7)?

ExtrasforAA ha funzionato fino a AA 6.7 per me, ma l'ultimo aggiornamento a 6.8 l'ha appena rotto. Il codice di errore mostra che non accetta valori non interi (0) per alcune dimensioni (barra di stato 0x mod, riposizionamento della barra di navigazione su RHS)

qualcuno ha trovato una soluzione per questo (a parte il downgrade a 6.7)?

Puoi dirmi che procedura hai fatto per il funzionamento di ExtrasforAA, ho fallito con AA 6.7 (telefono, sistema, ecc.) Grazie

Google forced 6.7 on me. Icon size, second screen, and status bar tweaks not working. .5 nav bar works but you have to set a gradient on the widget. Unable to tell if notification card size works yet.

I emailed Gabriele twice, once on Sept 18th and again today, to see if there is any update coming that fixes Extras for AA to work with Android Auto 6.8+. I'm on 6.8.613354-release and themeVer=4.9.2, none of the changes in Substratum work any longer. I've removed all in manager, and get the following error when loading them again:

Google forced an update yesterday. The last version of 6.7 armv8 on apkmirror (612944) is not blacklisted by google yet.

I used navbar 0.5, widget theme, and heads up .75 on 6.7.612914 but I haven't tested them on 612944 yet.

Really sad to see this abandoned. I'll be devastated when google forces 6.8.
