Do I have to expect an impact on the battery consumption whti the theme ?

Also, I ran an NAND backup before applying it, but if ever I would want to revert to the stock theme, is it possible to do so just by replacing the SystemUI.apk, or do I need to go through my NAND backup ?

yes, to go back to full stock theme, u must restore nand backup

The only little thing that would be worth being updated in the v3 of the kikat theme is the battery icon that remains the whitish default one
Do you think you could replace it for a nice one in a future v4 version ? that would be perfect
