it is not an incremental update.

You can flash beta 2 if you have installed beta 1 already

If you havent installed anything yet, go straight to beta 2

currently not possible - the ring and lockscreen cannot be edited until we have a working m10 editor. i am afraid it is either the working quicklaunch OR the nicer lockscreen from the Sensation stock 3.5 ROMS for now

with Sense Standard Clock the Weather gfx is missing after reboot (only clear Data helps)

Well - thats not a bug This mod adds the QUICKLAUNCH MENU - and that usually replaces your homescreen that you use. So simply - do not use the "clock" widget from Sensation, rather use the QuickLaunch one (from widgets). Then it will work fine, as the one you use is "looking" for the fusion apk and m10 files from the "normal" sensation.

well - once we get it to work 100%, the modified systemui.apk from romanBB should take care of this - you can then select whether you want to have them or not via the tweaks menu. Doesnt work (for me) although the option is there already.

none taken. I posted some "how without theme" notes in the NOTES section on the first page.

Essentially: download my MOD, delete SystemUI, Rosie.apk, framework-res.apk and com.htc.resources.apk. leave all widgets and fusion.apk in /app and the jar files in /framework, then re-zip file and you are set. If you want romanBBs tweaks to work you need to replace my SystemUI.apk by his version for 2.0.2 of his ROM.
if you want 100% stock, you also need to download his 2.0.0 Version and replace my settings.apk with his.
