Edit: Just tried again using an older version of the file that I had downloaded a couple days ago. When I pick a new theme I get an error telling me that it won't work with my theme (or something to that effect). When I pick an existing theme it appears to apply and asks me if I want to reboot, I select yes and it asks me again, I select yes and it asks me again... loop. Manual reboot and my background changed, lost a couple widgets and the battery stayed with the old liquid battery without text. The file I tried was the stock battery with % that adds color.

i just put metamorph files because they are kinda universal
i dont like metamorph it just doesnt work as well as it should.
thats why im making rom specific ones but that takes a lot of time.

n00b mistake... didn't nandroid before doing the liquid battery. Is there any way to get back the stock battery?
once i post some for lou's roms
you could just re flash the rom but dont wipe then you will keep all your apps
bummer, then I'd have to re-add all the other icons and such. Hmm. I think I'll wait for a working version of this.
If a stock icon with % of this theme works that would be perfect, I'll just lay it down on top of what I have (RR2.2). The liquid battery without text worked just fine, not sure why the others aren't working for me.To be clear, this is the error I get when laying down the mm_stockperc_battery.zip or mm_multicolor_circle_battery.zip MM's.

issue explained in OP
just go back into metamorph and try clicking on apply existing theme then click on the .xml file
it should work.
clearly I suck. Just did this and, wouldn't you know it, it worked just fine.

tried installing the classic circle on skyraider 3.5 it just hangs in metamorph when applying cant wait til the rom specific one is up cuz they look sweet
