The ones you're looking for are in the directory /system/priv-app/. Also, starting with lollipop, all the system apk's in /system/app/ and /system/priv-app/ have their own foldersI'm having trouble finding SecContacts.apk and SecPhone.apk. In root dir
/system/app/ I only see a bunch of folders, not one by the names of above mentioned apks. Only thing remotely close I can find is SecContactsProvider.apk located
/system/priv-app/SecContactsProvider/SecContactsProvider.apk
I've used the keep root method running Lollipop. Galaxy S4 Active, AT&T, Build: LRX22C.I537UCUCOC7

Ok, thanks for replying so fast. Wow! So do I take the Contacts.apk change permissions rw-r-r, and rename SecContactsProvider.apk? & the zip I downloaded only had a Dialer and Contacts apks, I saw talk of a 3rd apk for Messages? The ones you're looking for are in the directory /system/priv-app/.
