Those icons are coded somewhere to be circular, on p30 icons are like a square because of some code (maybe on launcher?). It' s not a theme issue

It should be a theme issue, as you uploaded the theme from the chinese ROM (where google apps are unavailable hence the icons are unthemed). Would be great if u could get your hands on the global/apac version of the p30 and extract the themes from it instead.
