HOW TO USE LEWA THEME'S/LOCKSCREEN'S

1: Download zip file and extract the .lwt file to the root of your SD card.
2: Go to settings/themes
3: Select customize
4: Select lockscreen
5: Select from SD
6: Tick theme and press import
7: Select theme then apply

Ive gone MIUI crazy. Full theme including the lockscreen, wallpaper and oodles of icons. The icons are sourced from various places and full credit is given on the link. Have about 300 icons installed as default, but full instructions on teh link on how to add more to the theme. There are 3000 included in the zip in total

still a few things i need to do on it,. need to sort out the spinning record on the music lockscreen, and only remember after zipping that I need to move the date and time down a bit, they are too high up.

Because the icons come from several places, and ive resized them, plus drawn a load, there is a little inconsistency, i redrew about 40 today and will gradully redraw more. If theres an icon you need drop me a pm. I would share the template but i use a very random drawing package which nobody has Im also just doing it as a standard lwt with the extra icons with instructions. I wont be doing a fresh lwt each time icons are added.

Oh, dont try putting all the icons in the theme, it slows down boot time insanely as it has to search through them all.

Ive translated it but also had to virtually rebuild it, a number of issues with the original version (not least that the images werent even 320 wide, a couple where 317 leaving ugly gaps), and everything was a bit all over the place on the ace. Includes media player controls.

Please note that theme Chooser only changes status bar and icons as I found more full cm7 theme clash with lewa os ui IE: Pop up box are the same colour as text so can't read. This is why I modded this theme for lewa.

Hello again, so I did a theme on the Russian forum for Russian lewa,
and decided to share with you (of course rebuilt it under the original lewa),
in this thread, I changed:
- Batteries;
- An Internet icon, wifi, network;
- Fully transparent bar;
- Icons in the curtain;
- Icons in the settings menu;
- On / off switch;
- Buttons in the dialer;
- Boot-animation.

On a slight tangent, im working on a minimal text icon theme now that we can finally mod ALL icons within Lewa. Have requested on lewa site that they add an option for removing the application description from the homepages so that text icons can be used.

strange? I had that once when trying to apply, but the second time it was fine, maybe a small glitch in the download or copying. Ive reuploaded the theme onto my server again taking it directly from the lwt folder on my phone and im currently using that theme so try redownloading, should definately work. (Im using the 20th July Lewa)

And all the screenshots are working ones from my Ace

P.s theme Chooser only changes status bar and icons as I found more full cm7 theme clash with lewa os ui IE: Pop up box are the same colour as text so can't read. This is why I modded this theme for lewa. Feel free to mod and re-post my modded theme just please add a link to this thread so I can post your link in first post along with credit. As we all have different taste in theme's.

How To mod a cm7 theme in a noob friendly way go to http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen/

Steps

1 go to file upload
2 select upload cm7 theme
3 choose a theme to upload from your PC/laptop
4 still in file upload go to bottom left corner (Themechooser preview)
Select mdpi (320x480) / ldpi (240x320)
5 go to battery and select use this mod. Now set to how you want it
6 go to icons and select use this mod. Now set to how you want it
7 go to status bar select use this mod. Now select mdpi(320x480).
Now set to how you want it
8 go to summary and select submit work to kitchen (if the box is green then all is good just click and wait if box is not green something is wrong so check all mods used to make sure you have selected correct options)

Job done

There are more things you can edit but I find that they clash with the sUI and UI in lewa Os like I mentioned earlier in the post

This ones a strange one.. it appears for some of my existing contacts, but not all. I have a feeling its something to do with extra fields filled out in teh contacts details but not sure. Will try investigate sometime. At the moment im still trying to convert 35calendar into english and work on some icons.
