My lock screen looks ugly... :(
Status bar showing! And if using different home screen wallpaper, it shows also in the lock screen.. help pls..

Sent from: GT N7000_ROCKET ROM_V12

If you are using the transparent status bar patch this is expected to happen :(
All you can do is set to either set a matching wallpaper to your lockscreen wallpper or set matching lockscrn walpapr to your desktop walpaper!
Im not sure if its possible to disable transparency in locksceen!txr33 has to answer:[
Else you cn use third party lockscreen apps like widgetlocker to disable status bar on lockscreen!
Btw you hve another pm :p

Look as your rom is not mentioned here but you can try to change systemui.apk from system/app.
And please make a backup of your original systemui or can rename it to systemui.apk.bak
And please if you are using stock notification bar then you need to change whole thng.means framework and all.i am assuming you are using custom notification bar already

Thanks for the reply shivg86, but which should I use? LRQ? LRT? LR9? Do I flash this via CWM? Thanks! :)

I beleive LR5 is equivalent of LRT(germany),LR9 (india).so you can try any of them see sibce there would probably be very minor changes in original rom itself.
Just a wild guess.
Take a full CWM backup and give it a try :)incase something goes wrong you would remain safe.if rom doesnt boot or bloackscreen just press power+home+volume up and return to cwm and restore backup after full wipe if necessary(ensure youre on a safe kernel!)

Guess it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped since I'm stock, only rooted. I thought it was as simple as flashing in CWM, replacing some files and rebooting. But since it's ROM version specific, the risks are greater. I'll read more on this (esp learning to back up). Thanks guys, very much appreciated.

Thanks. I had a look at it. I already had the code in the layout to show the brightness slider but I just couldn't get it to actually adjust the brightness even after changing what I thought I had to in the smali, so was a bit stuck on what I was missing

Hi mate, try to look at toggleslider.smali

Does anyone here have a zip file to customize dockbar? I dont want to use other launchers!

Sent from: GT N7000_ROCKET ROM_V12

Not sure what you are meaning. Do you want to change the icons in the dock or do you want to change the applications in the dock. If you want to change the app you should be able to press and hold the icon and move it out of the dock and you can press and hold another to put it into the dock and change order of them.

    Hi

I thought I would put all the themes I have put together for our N7000 into one thread. Links and info will be in the posts below along with screenshots for each theme.

These have been based on ClassicRom but I have tested LRQ on KingDroid and CrashRom ok as well as I have tested it on LRT CrashRom and SweetRom ok. LR9 I have only tested and used on ClassicRom but should work on other deodexed LR9 roms as well.

Thanks to the following people who have helped me out and to those who let me use their pngs to make the themes complete

    Grgsiocl
    Criskelo
    Crash 1976
    Nobnut
    Ruger94
    Johnsondr80
    Fezzy102
    Crysis21
    Indie
If there is anyone forgotten or not mentioned, sorry

Any future updates will be posted here

As usual make a backup incase you have an issue and flash at your own risk

    LR9

All themes are in the package including a stock s3 styled option

    1. Select the theme you want
    2. Select 8 toggles for the chosen theme or 6 toggles default
    3. Select if you want a transparent status bar, full transparent systemui(stock icons only) or default status bar

All themes at theme selection have 6 toggles by default but if want 8 toggles just select the 8 toggles for the theme you have chosen or the 6 toggles default if want to keep the 6. Except for sensation theme which only comes with 7 toggles now and a slightly transparent status bar

Ongoing apps in screenshots are not a part of the theme. They are from an app called elixir2. It is free from the play store and are status bar widgets.

Links with themes below have not been updated, I will try to update them when I get a chance

    Dark Theme

This is Nobnuts dark theme that I tried to make work with ICS, not as good as the original but I am quite happy how it has turned out so far.

    Apks included are

    contacts
    jobmanager
    mms
    systemui

    Sensation SystemUI Port

This is a port of the sensation rom theme systemui and toggles. This only has 6 toggles default and 8 toggles attached. I have included pngs from some apks from the latest CrashRom and from Raghavafitt so its more a complete theme then just the status bar and toggles.
Disregard the green text on the notification that was framework related so will not show when using
