HTC SENSE CLOCK MODS
( some of these are the great work of others im just putting it here for simplicity sake. if the developer wants me to remove there clock mod just pm me and i will remove i dont want to step on any toes. will try to give credit to who did the mods pm me if i am incorrect)

A carbon fiber desire hd flip clock would be great. I just installed your flat black desire hd flip and it is pretty nice.

On caulk 1.4 with no other mods in place, desire hd flip clock force closes when i try to add the clock widget. Instalked zip through clockwork recovery.

Yes the animated clock works fine on the EVO. You must have the original sense clock installed on you home screen and install the animated flip clock thru recovery. You cannot add as a widget, you cannot remove and try to re-add later...etc. Once again, your original clock must be installed on your home screen, then boot into recovery and install from there and reboot. DO NOT wipe cache or davlik cache when in recovery.

No what this does is over ride the color scheme. If you want to go back. Use the animated flip clock.

Thanks! I flashed back to the original and then decided I like the flat black version better...yes, short attention span here.

Question (hope you can answer): When I unlock the screen, the flat black clock initially reads 4:56 (or some other odd time) before flipping to the correct time. Any idea why that happens? Not a big deal...just seemed kind of odd to me.

Thanks for explaining that. Never even occured to me to have the flip clock widget running in the first place. I generally dont run a clock as a widget but i think this modded version just became my DD.

I tried installing one and it didn't work i got the error message force close... tried another one it worked almost... no clock just a black box i can't do anything with.... can't remove it can't edit any options... its just there... no numbers or weather... how do i get this working.. i flashed it from recovery as requested...
