Straight APK Swaps for a Different ROM
Does this work on fre3 rom because I have to rock this red

These are straight apk swaps, and thus the following apps will not retain the integrity of the apks in fre3: SecPhone, SecSettings, SecMms, though they should function just fine (meaning that the options available in the settings menus of the respective apps will be gone, as well as those same options from within phone settings). I am unclear as to the effect on the hotspot mod in fre3 (which uses an Odex android services jar), but it should function as expected.
You may be better off unzipping the package, and harvesting the items from the XTRAS/system subfolders.
If harvesting, make certain to make framework-res.apk as your last swap, and push that to system/framework
only through TWRP file manager. Swapping out framework-res.apik from kernel (ie, when the phone is on) will immediately send your phone into a soft boot-loop.
From TWRP home screen,
1. Tap "mount"
2. Tap the unchecked system partition (this will bounce you back to TWRP home
3. Tap "Advanced"
4. Select "File Manager"
5. Navigate to the themed framework-res.apk you just unzipped
6. Tap the filename
7. Select "copy,"
8. Tap the back arrow until you get to the root of the phone, then navigate to system/framework
9. Tap "Select"
10. Confirm the copy-file operation
11. Reboot your system
12. Set permissions to rw, r, r from root explorer or similar app
