Here is the link of lg g8(not g8x)Temporary rooting method:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g8/development/lg-g8-temp-root-exploit-via-cve-2020-t4100333
How will this work on our device?
Yeah ill explain if we port this method to our device it will work
I'm sure It will work because our android 10 firmware uses kernel 4.14(the lg g8 also have kernel 4.14) but we need to downgrade it back to march security patch
I'm willing to test it out myself
But.....if it bricked then there is no way to recover
Some of the lg g7(2 year old model ) users still can't find a way to unbrick their device (2 years phone have no unbrick tool how our model will have that's why I'm stuck on not to test
)
I will test ,only if you guys help me to find out the unbrick tool
This will not work don't Try
Lg released march security patch for android 9 not for android 10 the method only works on android 10 with march security patch(-_-)
My only hope is gone
